TS Legal, a 100% black-female-owned company, specialises in debt book management and collections, as well as legal consulting, sales and support services. The CEO needed assistance in managing her workload and repositioning her business.
Through a Supplier Development Programme, managed by Edge Growth, the CEO received personal coaching to assist her to position TS Legal for growth. Together with her mentor, she identified key areas to solidify TS Legal’s future.
A clear proactive business strategy and focus was developed, staff and management capability and commitment have been strengthened, HR processes were reworked for compliance and robustness, and a refreshed sales and marketing plan helped bring in new work.
