In 2025, through a share sale transaction to the Pele Energy Group, our Black ownership was raised from 56% to nearly 70%, reaffirming our commitment to authentic, meaningful transformation.
Our equity shareholders now include African Rainbow Capital (Pty) Ltd, the pele Energy Group, Maggie Mojapelo and our Edge Growth Employee Share Ownership (ESOP) Trust that benefits top black performers at the company.

The Ombud has been created to provide you with a redress mechanism for any inappropriate financial advice that you feel may have been given to you by a financial services provider.
